Appointments

Please call our office to make appointments. The office staff tries very hard to accommodate your requests. Sick visit appointments are usually made on the day of the phone call.

We also have walk-in sick call hours from 8AM - 8:45 AM on Monday through Friday. No prior phone call is necessary.

There is a $25.00 fee for missed appointments.

If your insurance plan is not listed, please call the office for information.

Most insurance companies require you to name one pediatrician as your primary care provider. However, you are free to see any of the pediatricians or nurse practitioners associated with East Aurora Pediatrics.

Please keep us updated regarding any changes in your health insurance.

Payment and co-pays are expected at the time of the visit. If special payment arrangements are necessary, you may speak with the office manager.

Workman's Compensation and No Fault Insurance Claims

We do not participate in these insurance arenas.

School and Camp Forms

We are happy to complete school and camp forms if your child has been seen in the office within the past 12 months. If not done at the time of the visit, we request either a stamped self addressed envelope or a fax number.

Referrals

If you feel that your child needs a referral to a specialist, please call our office. Referrals are best accomplished through your primary care provider.
